Day 7/We Finished "New Beginings School for the Deaf"

How y'all doin'? I think I hung out with those fine Alabama boys too long today ;) They treated us to dinner at Bread of Life tonight and then we had a sing along of sorts. It was fantastic and I am going to miss having them around after they leave tomorrow.

However, it is almost midnight, so this will be a fast post of mostly pictures... including ones from my camera and not just my phone because my camera is fixed!!! For all you non-photographers this is a HUGE deal! I am so happy, and it cost less than $15 USD. In the states I couldn't even get my camera cleaned for that cheep.
Setting up for filming the first lesson in the new deaf school
They set up the classroom in the rec room because the classroom still needs to be tiled
I have come to the opinion that it doesn't rain or sprinkle in Vietnam it only pours. We turn to each other saying "is it raining right now?" and usually about twenty seconds later, deluge!
 Carrie and Cori plotting
An Alabamian interview.

Kelbin wrestled with one of the disabled boys and is such a sweetheart he let him win while having the boy think was trying his hardest, twice.
Aren't they the cutest mice you have ever seen?!

This is Arty. He was my first classroom project.
And this is Bertha, who by the way is all about that bass. I had the most fun with this room.
Tony explaining what the new deaf school was about.
 They know C now! :)
Multi purpose room mural was fabulous
Carrie owning the creation of more stars

I just love Bertha so much, whenever I see her it makes me happy.

If they do not know their letters and numbers, it is not our fault.
He's got the whole wide word in his hands for sure
I really love the category wall hanging fits the theme so well

The beginning of the long ride back to Da Nang.
The skeleton for  a new billboard
A pano in which you can all hopefully see of the finished joungle.

It is amazing how God can provide wonders even when we don't ask. When we were waiting outside for a good twenty minutes or so for the keys, and we have been doing a lot of coming and going. It was never pouring when we would be much happier with being dry, aka we would be outside without raincoats.
One of the first photos with the newly fixed camera.

I am sorry if these are a little dark. I was just too happy with being able to pick what I wanted the camera to move.
 Diner with them southern boys.
